I have been an Energy Assessor since May 2022 after having a career change following 15 years in the Civil Service. I have finally found a profession, which I am passionate about. I have completed several thousand EPCs and gone on to do further relevant qualifications. I am reliable and always send the certificate within 24 hours. I also offer HMO Fire Risk Assessments, legionella risk assessments and pre tenancy inventory reports.
