I have been an Elmhurst Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor since the EPC was introduced in 2007 and hold the NEAE level 2 qualification in Domestic Energy Assessment.

I provide EPC’s across Cheshire to many leading estate agents, solicitors, property developers and private landlords, and have literally thousands of satisfied customers.

EPC’s start from only £79 (No VAT). I will always try to carry out the EPC within a few days of instruction- Subject to access, and subject to payment, the final EPC will be emailed across and uploaded to the EPC register with 24 hours.
